All Personal Data collected through these two AffiniPay pages are subject to AffiniPay’s Privacy Policy.

• Information you voluntarily provide on web forms (e.g., “Contact us”) which may include your name, address, email address, phone number, and a brief description of your matter, which may be used to respond to you or and/or to deliver the services you have requested.
• Information you submit through the “Text Us” service, including your phone number and any personal information you include in any text messages. 

This site shall only collect personal information that you knowingly and willingly provide by way of surveys, completed contact forms, text messaging, and emails. It is the intent of this site to use personal information only for the purpose for which it was requested and any additional uses specifically provided on this site. 

As part of its legal services and/or representation, the Firm  may also collect from our client(s) additional personal and/or non-personal information, such as age, gender, family status, medical condition and records, household income, payment information (other than that collected through the third-party websites mentioned above), and any confidential and/or privileged information exchanged with our client(s). Such information shall be subject to our engagement letter with the relevant client(s) and applicable professional rules of responsibility and is outside the scope of this Privacy Policy.

The Firm may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request. At times, we may use personally identifiable information meant to inform you of other possible services that may be available to you from the Site. 

The Firm does not sell or share any of its customer lists and/or names to any third parties. 

The Firm may share specific data with their trusted third-party partners in an effort to communicate with you, manage your cases or matters, operate our business and provide you services through the Site (including accounting and billing, contact management, hosting, filing, and software).
